What is your is delivery Process?
All orders are shipped
and recorded within within 48 hours of purchase. Spain: Please allow us up to 7 days for your item to arrive before contacting us. Europe:

for your item to arrive before contacting us

and Postal service for all our deliveries. Lelook is not
responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments
are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with
shipping carrier Exchanges and returns We want you to be happy
with your things bought from our shop. If you would like to exchange or return
a product please let us know within one week of receiving it. Then please send
it back to us, at your expense, in its original package, un-worn. Delivery
charge and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty. Please
also let us know why you are returning your products. Please make sure your
name, address, daytime phone-number and original invoice number are clearly
indicated. Taxes and duties All orders outside the
European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means
that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The
